Studio Elevate Architects is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. Enquiries submitted via the project brief form are received and processed by the studio in accordance with UK GDPR.

What We Collect

When you send a project enquiry, the form asks for your name, email address, phone number, project postcode, project type, current stage, budget range and project notes.

How We Use It

Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, understand whether the project is a suitable fit, arrange a first conversation and keep a record of the enquiry.

Data Processor

Project enquiries submitted through this website are processed via Netlify Forms. Netlify stores form data on servers in the United States, operating under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. Enquiry data is accessed only by the studio. We will never sell or share your data with third parties.

Retention

Project enquiry records are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted unless the enquiry becomes an active client project or legal retention is required.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can also object to processing where the law allows.

• Access: ask for a copy of the data held about you.
• Correction: ask for inaccurate details to be updated.
• Deletion: ask for enquiry data to be removed where retention is no longer needed.
• Complaint: contact the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how data is handled.
